Birkenshaw House

Birkenshaw House Renovation
The Birkenshaw House, West Yorkshire was a renovation project that took place in early 2020. The property is a stone-built end of terrace with thick walls.
Heat Cloud panels are screwed direct to the timber joists and the plasterboard is held against the Heat Cloud using a combination of adhesive and boarding screws. The kitchen/dining room area and living room are covered with active panels to around 50% of the total area. The system is connected to a conventional boiler set to work at less than 50°C.
The client reports both enhanced comfort and a reduction in gas usage with heat up times for both rooms measured at less than 15 minutes.
